Shandong Province Qingdao No. 2 Middle School is surrounded by picturesque scenery: Mount Lao in the north, Yellow Sea in the south, and lush foliage, flourishing flora on campus. 

 

The school was originally established in 1925 as the “Jiaoao Commercial Port Public School for Girls”. In the fall of 1950, the name was officially changed to “Shandong Province Qingdao No. 2 Middle School”. To this day, the school has changed its name ten times and moved sites six, but whether at Huiquan Bay or by Mount Lao, No. 2 Middle School’s students have embraced the ocean’s wisdom and embodied the mountains’ magnanimity, and developed a culture of kindness and wisdom.
